Conditions to Include in Offer
Appendix "A"
Before any member is allowed to put an offer for the desired house, he/she should obtain a possible closing date from the General Manager of the Co-operative to be included in the offer, and your purchase offer must include these conditions:

That this offer is subject to financing approval within seven (7) banking days.

That the vendor will discharge all outstanding dues and liens against the property (if any) at his/her expense before the closing date.

That the buyer or his agent will be allowed to inspect the property one day before the closing date.
