SSI-TAK Dividend Notice

Sheridan Services Inc., Sheridan Development and Takaful Canada Inc. Declare Dividend @3% for two years 2021 and 2022.

The Board has declared a Dividend @0.75% per quarter effective March 31, 2023. This translates to an Annual Dividend @ 3% for the years 2021 and 2022. The Dividend Notices and the Stock Dividend Certificates are being mailed to all eligible Shareholders.

Since these corporations are taxable, all Shareholders are entitled to a 9.03% Dividend Tax Credit when they file their 2023 income tax return in April 2024. After adding the Dividend Tax Credit, the actual Dividend could go as high as $3.27 per $100 investment for many of the Shareholders.
