Demise of the Chairman, Br. Pervez Nasim

With deep sadness and grief, the Boards of Directors of Islamic Cooperative Housing Corporation (ICHC) and Ansar Cooperative Housing Corporation (ACHC) announce the demise of the Chairman Br. Pervez Nasim. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilahi Rajioon!

The boards of directors, management and staff of the Islamic and Ansar Cooperatives extend their deepest sympathies to the Nasim family.

Following Br. Pervez’s sudden passing, the Boards of Directors of ICHC and ACHC appointed Br. Mohammed Jalaluddin (current Vice Chairman) to assume the responsibilities of Chairman of ICHC and ACHC, Br. Hussain Siddiqui (current Treasurer) as Vice Chairman of ICHC and ACHC and Br. Waqqas Shafique (current Director) to assume the responsibilities of Treasurer of ICHC and ACHC, effective immediately. Dr. Syed Afaq Moin will continue in the position as Secretary of ICHC and ACHC.

The Boards request for your sincere Duas to Allah SWT to accept and reward Br. Pervez’s tireless efforts in serving the Muslim communities and pioneering a model for Muslims to buy riba-free homes in Canada since 1980, and admit him into Al-Jannatul Al-Firdous.
